Paula Hines is part of an award-winning residential real estate team in the Houston, Texas area, performing in the Top 1% of Houston Realtors.

While earning a BS in Accounting at Excelsior College, Paula was consistently named to the honor roll, inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and eventually graduated cum laude. Starting her career as an accountant with a local advertising firm, Paula quickly expanded her skill set to include marketing, advertising and computer technology, which benefit her clients today. After becoming the Controller for several branches of a medium sized international aviation firm in Houston, she chose to turn her attention to being a successful entrepreneur and started her first online company in early 2002. It quickly became a success and was sold to gain funding for real estate investment projects. Investing in over 25 different properties, Paula continues to invest today which gives her a unique perspective of the Houston Real Estate market.

A self-taught computer guru, Paula is skilled in several computer-related areas including online/email/print marketing, SEO, social media, mobile technology and graphic/web design. She uses her keen eye and marketing savvy to create visually stunning marketing materials and campaigns both online and in print for both the company and clients. She employs several strategies both online and offline to ensure client success both in buying and selling homes in the Houston area. Paula’s unique skill set, knowledge and expertise are invaluable in helping guide clients’ successfully through transactions and meeting their personal real estate goals and she consistently strives to exceed client’s expectations.

In her free time Paula enjoys local and international travel, exploring nature, keeping up with the latest mobile applications and tools, good conversations with family and friends, relaxing on the back patio, volunteering and spending time with her furry dog baby.
