Our average Days on Market (DOM) for 2016 was 15.03 days and our average sale to list price was 99.23% compared to 44.67 DOM and sale to list of just 91.67% for other agents. Our average DOM for 2017 was 26.66 days compared to 62 for other agents.  Our average DOM for 2018 was 25.73 compared to 60 days for other agents and on average we netted our sellers $11,166 more.  For 2019 our average DOM was 27.45 days which is 36 days faster than the HAR average of 63 days. For 2020 our average DOM was 27.36 days which is 52 days faster than the HAR average of 79 days and we netted our sellers $3,100 more than other agents. For 2021 average DOM was 17.50 days which is 39 days faster than the HAR average of 56.50 days, and for 2022 our average DOM was 19, which was 26 days faster than the HAR average of 45 days.
