What is a VIP?

A VIP is someone who has introduced us to or sent us the information for someone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

How Does it Work?

All you have to do is introduce us or send us the info for someone buying or selling a home in the next 0-12 months and you will automatically be entered in our VIP Club for one year!

As a member of our SMT VIP CLUB our clients and friends who trust us enough to refer us to their friends, families and co-workers will benefit from many FREE services as well as quarterly surprise gifts and an invitation to exclusive VIP Club member only events!
