I would have Shawn as my Agent again anytime. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Central Houston and other parts of Houston as well. Shawn helped me out on very short notice, and showed me a good variety of homes. It helped me to understand better what I was looking for. When it came time to negotiate Shawn was clearly looking out for me, but was also up front about what I should expect as a response to my offer. I’m in my new home now and couldn’t be happier with it and the service Shawn provided.
