My wife and I used Shawn when we purchased our home in 2012 and when we had to move in 2016, we made sure he was the realtor to sell for us. He was outstanding. He gave us excellent tips on appealing to buyers, had superior knowledge of the market and put us in a position where we had multiple offers on day one.
