We also saw the house twice just so you know how meticulous this search was. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and eager to please us. Even when we were ready to buy, he helped us stay even keeled and threw reality into the buying process just to make sure we got the most value for our purchase. Even after we got the house, he is still there to help us along the way. You don’t really get these warm and fuzzy feelings from a lot of realtors let alone people in general. During one of our searches, as we were riding along to see another house, Shawn and I started talking. During that small talk he told me it’s not about the money for me. It’s all about being able to help people. I love helping people and that what makes me happy to be in this line of work. Not only was I surprised to hear that from a realtor, I felt it from the time we met Shawn, to even right now. We were not just a customer or quota. That is why I will recommend Shawn to anyone, and always call him whenever I move. We were also surprised how smooth the experience went.
