I had heard the cliché that buying a new home / moving was one of the most stressful things you can do in life, but Shawn and his team guided us through the process and ensured a seamless and no-hassle transaction. After helping us to select the property and neighborhood, Shawn recommended a bid strategy to effectively negotiate a lower price while minimizing the risk of losing the deal in a very competitive market.
