I cannot be more satisfied with my new home, and the professional experience received from start to finish from Shawn and his team! I purchased this one for investment and needed to sweep in quickly on day one with an offer and lightening fast correspondence to have a chance. Shawn had multiple conversations with the Listing Agent, and we had a contract within 24 hours. The Listing Agent recommended to the seller to sign the contract despite there being multiple other offers that were coming in even before the contract was signed by the seller. I am so incredibly pleased with this home, and feel almost certain I would not have had a chance at it without Shawn’s focused attention and due diligence right up front…and every step of the way thereafter!
