I would recommend Shawn Manderscheid without hesitation. He has his finger on the pulse of the market. He was excellent in the negotiations with the seller’s agent. He was almost unbelievably responsive to every little question, and he was most certainly not satisfied until I and my wife obtained the answers we needed.
