This is the second house I bought through Shawn, and once again I would not have gotten this house without him. In this case, he really came through during the negotiation to help bring the seller and me into alignment. At first, we were quite a bit apart on the price. Shawn took the time to send a very thoughtful e-mail to the seller’s realtor explaining the thought process behind my offer. As a result, we came to an agreement, and because of Shawn I have a very profitable investment house.
