During walkthroughs, Shawn has an incredible ability to ask the right questions about your preference, to really listen to your answers, and to internalize that information into a vision of what you are looking for. Once he has that vision of what you want, he will find it. Early on in the process, we had looked at the house I ended up buying, but I said keep looking. Later on, once he had a vision of my perfect house, he suggested we check it again. Because of Shawn, I am in the perfect house!
