Shawn went way above and beyond to help make this sale happen. My home needed renovations inside and out prior to sale. Shawn picked carpet and wall colors, selected new fixtures and hardware, selected and oversaw all contractor work. He even went to Home Depot and picket up items along the way. Not sure I know many agents who would define their job so broadly. He does whatever is necessary to sell your home at the best price and the shortest time. This is our second time working with Shawn and we are already working on another sale for a family member. Nothing but great things to say about his attentiveness and knowledge.
