I would highly recommend Shawn as a realtor specializing in the Heights and surrounding areas. Being fairly new to the Houston area, Shawn took time to explain the different areas around the Heights such as Shady Acres, etc. He is very detail oriented and thorough, while always managing to make his clients feel like a top priority. He listened to my desires for my new home and didn’t waste time on houses that didn’t meet my criteria. Once I found the house that I wanted, he was proactive with the builder to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. If asked to describe Shawn as a realtor, I would use the following adjectives: dependable, organized, thorough, great communicator, motivated, personable, and trustworthy.
