As first time home buyers, we wanted someone who was knowledgeable and experienced, but also willing to take time to explain the process and have patience while doing so. Shawn provided market insight, helped with the entire process including giving recommendations, and always was willing to explain specific processes in detail. Shawn and Paula were always prompt in their responses, and they helped get us into our new house as efficiently as possible. In addition, when we needed to make repairs or do some work on the house, Shawn and Paula were always willing to give contacts to get us started.
