The best advice I can give anyone, is go with a neighborhood expert. Shawn knows the market and our particular zip codes. He follows the neighborhood, knows every home for sale, developed a plan for us and we followed it. We listened to him, followed his plan exactly and sold our home in the time frame we laid out. Not sure I can ask for anything more. His associates are some of the best internet marketing people I have ever worked with, and you have to have that expertise in today’s market.
