I may be a bit biased but I believe Shawn (and his wife Paula) are the best agents in Houston. As a first time homeowner, I had no idea what I was doing. He also has a ton of experience with renovations and was able to explain how much it would cost to upgrade a bathroom, knock down a wall, or replace the sewer lines.
